So even when Toronto Pride is threatened we show up! Had a great time sporting my "I <3 Angry Superheroes" wear with a great new friend! I am also totally addicted to gluten free Craig's Cookies!

Jess has is been so encouraging and helpful to spread the message of Captain Greif and making room for laughter in loss.
For the Glad Day Book Launch even put on the Dead Pool suit to deliver Captain Grief's inane message about waylaying Spiderman as he swung over for my Glad Day Book launch!

When you see the Instagram video I uploaded about what she did trust me, you will understand why she didn't get one single cookie from me! And she is absolutely not invited to the intimate gatherings I have coming up this summer.
I have launched my Narrative Healing for Your Journey of Loss workshops. Please follow the link to sign up. I will be running one in person and one online class from July 14th to August 21st. This will be a chance to write among peers who understand your perspective very well. For a short video of me going over what you ca expect in a Narrative Healing Workshop Series please follow this link below.
We will explore ways to personalize your writing experience, generate ideas on the ways to write about loss and also a develop personal projects that you can focus on during your journey of loss, and the creative expression that it can create. I will also be running a Poetry For Longing which is a 6-month subscription to bring poetry right to your inbox starting September 1st, 2025.

I love and long for a number of things right now. Quiet time in my lovely new apartment (with an elevator), my garden, my balcony with a great view of the CN tower and the lake, new friends who understand loss like I do and a stretch of summertime to write, and read and welcome guests.
I also love tea (if you can tell), cookies, the scratch of pens, the quite breathing and beat of hearts around my kitchen table of people willing to show up exactly as they are, with anything they feel.
Willing to laugh, and cry, share and listen and be part of the reason that a few lovely souls have found a safe space to bring their loss, when they don't have to explain what living with it everyday is like.
So if you feel called I have seven spots open for my Monday night in person Narrative Healing and ten spots for my online class. I am also cooking up some lovey things to offer for the Poetry For Longing Subscription starting this fall. Wishing you light, love and courage on your journey and hope to see you there.
To see a video, get to know me, hear some poetry and listen to my thoughts about loss, and creative expression watch my YouTube video. Also there are multiple magic things that happened in this video!
As this is a new venture please like, subscribe and share to help me reach the people out there that need to write about their grief.
