Happy Anniversary

It comes around once a year and just like birthdays and death anniversaries, I never know how I am going to feel. Yesterday happened to be, or would have been, my 16th wedding anniversary and surprisingly enough I was good. I also ended up giving and receiving a number of gifts.

I sailed through some work, spent quality time with my yoga teacher doing oracle card readings instead of yoga, had a tarot reading myself. You will notice a theme developing. I went on to find a store called Good Intentions at 1434 Danforth, a shop supporting local women creators and vendors. She had a little table in the front and as I had an animal oracle card deck on me and one more called Divine Doorways I offered to give the owner, a lovely woman named Epiphany, a reading and then did one for her customers who had fibromyalgia like me.

Oracle cards are a spiritual tool I have used for myself, my friends and family. However I have started a new YouTube channel called Energy Healing Oracle 555 and if you find yourself on a healing journey and feel called to check I out my last upload it is below. If it resinates with you personally I invite you you to like, and subscribe!

I am hoping to return to Good Intentions again sometime to read again. I headed home with some other gifts for myself. Does anyone remember a Sesame St. book called "There's a Monster at the End of This Book? starring the loveable furry old pal Grover! It was one of my favourites and when my son was little we found this amazing animated, interactive film and we laughed our butts off only laughing more watching each others reactions.

The reason all this came to mind because this was what I was over-joyed to find at Book City! I needed it as by the time I got home I was still left with the reality that the day was the day and it was over, and I was exhausted and overwhelmed but the day was over and I had accomplished far greater things than the sum of my sadness.
